With a Master of Science in Professional Counseling and certification as a Self-Love Coach, I bring both academic training and personal insight to my practice. Over the past four years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, where I’ve gained valuable experience supporting people through a range of emotional and mental health challenges.
