Angela Richardson, LPC

Family Clinical Director

“I take an eclectic approach to providing therapeutic services. Our objective in therapy is "Facilitating Good Mental Health". I believe good mental health is a journey, not a destination. Life can be challenging, but it is our choices that increase the level of difficulty. Therapy provides the support and tools needed to navigate life's challenges. Achieving good mental health requires a collaborative relationship, which begins with building a trusting therapeutic environment.

In practice, I utilize a variety of theoretical approaches such as Reality/Choice Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems.”
